2. COMPLIANCE & SAFETY

Products are registered at the Cosmetic Portal of European Union & fully comply with Portuguese & European Legislation. All Packaging, Products and Ingredients have safety product report sheets that can be consulted by the authorities if needed.

We are also members of Sociedade Ponto Verde as we comply with our duties towards environmental laws in Portugal & European Union.

All our products are produced in our Partner Laboratory in Portugal certified with ISO-22716 – Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in Cosmetics Industry.

3. LOGIN / SIGN UP

To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site you will need to register. When you register you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Made in Youthland® immediately of any breach of security or unauthorised use of your account. 4. PRIVACY POLICY

All information provided by you is only used to ensure the best possible shopping experience. All information is strictly confidential & your personal information will not be shared, rented, sold, circulated, nor modified in any way.

If you place an order with us, we request certain personal information. You must provide contact information (such as name, email and delivery address) and financial information through Paypal. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use your contact information. Your telephone number is required for shipping purposes in case our selected carrier needs to contact you regarding the delivery.

We use third-party web beacons (Google Analytics) from Google to help analyze where visitors go and what they do while visiting our website. We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make significant changes to this policy, we will notify you here and by a notice on the website in general.

We are also authorized by the National Commision of Data Protection to manage your private information & send you newsletters with your consent by subscribing them & after the confirmation of the subscription on the e-mail sent to you.

5. RETURNS POLICY

We believe our products are the best, and we cannot accept returns due to healthful reasons and assure that our products keep being safe for everyone.

Goods that are faulty or are received damaged/broken/packaging opened at the moment the carrier leaves it with you, please take a picture and send it to us so we can understand what went wrong with the transportation & send you back your order again.

If your item is faulty/broken when you receive it, you can return it for a refund as well. Just request your Returns Merchandise Authorisation number and return the damaged goods to us within five days of the day you received them so we can inspect them and issue your refund.

6. PRICING POLICY

Prices shown on the Site are in Euros and are inclusive of 23% VAT, accordingly to Portuguese Law. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders.

In several countries skincare products are duty-free, however, to make sure you don’t incur on additional taxes without previous knowledge, here is a practical calculator of Import Dutty & Taxes Calculation.

Product prices are set at the beginning of the launch of a skincare collection and are subject to change. Once you place your order, that’s the final price & we never charge you a different one.

If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

7. SAFE & ENCRYPTED PAYMENTS

To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet.
